I grew up around sugarcane and I still farm it today
Sugarcane is what Negros Oriental runs on. My family has worked the land here for years — delivering to the mill each season, the same way smallholders across the Visayas have always done it.
I know what it's like to not know your quedan balance. To keep harvest records in a notebook that gets wet in the field. To try to remember which plot you irrigated last and when. These aren't failures of discipline — there was just no proper tool built for farms like ours.
The 2026 RSSI pest outbreak made the gap impossible to ignore. Farmers across Negros were losing crops and couldn't even document what they were seeing to claim assistance. I wanted a way to track it, declare it, and share it with the community — from a phone, offline if needed.

So I built what I needed
Sugarcane Farm Manager is a free, offline-first app built specifically for Philippine smallholders. No account required to start. Works with no signal. Runs on any Android or iPhone you already own.
It started as something I made for myself — to log my own fields, track irrigation, record expenses, and see where the RSSI pest was spreading on a community map. The more I used it, the more I realised other farmers in the same situation needed it too.
